Who is Bruno and why does he have a burger?
Bruno is the founding director of Butchers on the Web, his butchering story dates back to 1972 which is around the time he started to make an impact on the hospitality industry in Melbourne. He would spend days and nights in store trying to create something new and something different. Eventually he produced a beef burger which became the ‘go to’ for many cafes. Over the years he produced many recipes but none compare to The Original Beef Burger…. Bruno’s Burger.
